2024-2025 East St. John High School Student of the Year

Congratulations to Ean Watson, our East St. John High School 2024-2025 12th Grade Student of the Year finalist! We are so excited to celebrate this excellent accomplishment! #ElevatingExcellenceEveryday

LEAP 2025 and ACT Tutoring

East St. John High School will begin offering after-school tutoring for students preparing for the LEAP and ACT on Monday, October 21, 2024. Tutoring will be held on Mondays through Thursdays from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Students who did not successfully complete a LEAP2025 assessment are required to attend tutoring to receive support in preparing for success in the upcoming testing window. See flyers for details. Information on Lockdown

Out of an abundance of caution, ESJH was on a brief lockdown due to a medical emergency involving a student with a pre-existing condition. The lockdown was lifted, and students were able to resume their regular class schedules. There was no physical threat to the campus or safety of students.

We will hold a parent informational meeting for all eligible Student of the Year candidates on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 5:00pm. Candidates received the application packet on Thursday, October 17, 2024.

Staggered Start English

ESJH Staggered Start Schedule / Horario de inicio escalonado de ESJHS

Attention East St. John Wildcats! To ensure a smooth start to the 2024 2025 school year, we have adopted a staggered beginning. Please review the flyer below to determine your specific start date.
Grade level assemblies will take place, during which administrators will discuss school year expectations. Afterward, students will proceed to their first block class.
This also includes the SJBP STEM Magnet Program

Wildcat parents are invited to attend our 2024-2025 Parent Orientation on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in the school gym. Parents will meet the administrators and learn important updates concerning the upcoming school year. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
