Duplicate Transcript and/or Diploma Requests

Order Transcripts

East St. John High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send user's transcripts and other credentials securely to the designated academic institution, organization or individual that they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. Please allow 1-5 business days for your request to be processed. 

East St. John High School Alumni needing to request a duplicate diploma must complete the form below and return it, a copy of either a driver's license or other state-issued ID, and the appropriate fee(s) to:
